What our current terms say

Here are a few points from the Public Terms of Use and Affiliate Partner Terms displayed on this site. Both agreements display Effective / Last Updated: September 20, 2026. The date of this guide is separate from the agreements' effective date.

  • BookMediFly's role — both agreements: BookMediFly provides a software marketplace for requests and quotes. Affiliates independently set prices and provide or coordinate their services.
  • Accurate profiles and documentation — Affiliate Partner Terms: Affiliates are responsible for keeping service, coverage, aircraft (where applicable), and documentation information accurate and current. Documentation on file is not certification or endorsement by BookMediFly.
  • Requester contact details — both agreements: The Public Terms explain when participating affiliates may see requester business contact details. The Affiliate Terms limit how affiliates may use those details for the applicable case.
  • Quote information — Affiliate Partner Terms: Affiliates control their own submitted quotes. The terms describe how quote information may be handled to operate the platform and prohibit misuse of other affiliates' quotes.
  • Completed-transport fee — Affiliate Partner Terms: The agreement states a fee of 3.9% of the total transport price or $399, whichever is greater, for a transport booked through BookMediFly and completed. The $399 is a minimum, not an extra charge. Reviewing or declining a case does not trigger this completed-transport fee. This describes the agreement's wording; it does not confirm that a revised fee has been activated for production bookings.
