Michael brings healthcare experience shaped by physical therapy, healthcare operations, and leadership across complex care environments. He helps keep BookMediFly grounded in the practical needs of families, hospitals, case managers, and discharge teams. He also helped shape a workflow built around one request and clear options, so families and care teams can compare participating operator responses in one place.

Steve brings more than 15 years in federal law enforcement and high-security operations, including service with the U.S. Secret Service. That background shaped his approach to documented details, tight communications, and clear ownership. He helps keep BookMediFly focused on its role as a private software platform: organizing quote requests and participating operator responses without operating aircraft, providing medical care, or arranging transport directly.
