• To facilitate introductions and referrals between you, Providers, and Affiliates.
• To process and manage quote requests, bookings, communications, and confirmations (transport services and any payments are arranged directly between requesters and the operators they choose).
• To improve, customise and personalise your experience (e.g., presenting relevant Affiliates or Providers).
• To send you notifications, updates, promotional communications (where you consent) and respond to your inquiries.
• To monitor, prevent or investigate fraud, abuse, security issues or misconduct.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or respond to regulatory requests.

We may disclose your personal information to:

• Participating affiliates authorized to view your case. Before any affiliate submits a proposal, we share your requester type, name, organization name when available, email address, and phone number so participating affiliates can evaluate the case, prepare a proposal, coordinate insurance or other payment details, and contact you directly for additional information. This sharing continues after proposal submission and booking as needed for case coordination. Do not use direct follow-up to transmit patient medical information or patient-identifiable information.
• Service providers, contractors or agents who assist us with platform operations (e.g., hosting, data analysis, customer service).
• Authorities, regulators, or enforcement bodies when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or change in control — your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
