Affiliates pay one fee per completed booking, including connecting itineraries, for Fixed Wing Air Ambulance and Commercial Assist / Medical Escort. The minimum is not an extra charge. No upfront membership costs or platform-added markup to your quote.
BookMediFly limits Affiliate participation per region to maintain quality and routing accuracy. Early Affiliates secure stronger regional positioning with requesters in their service area before new Affiliates are onboarded in the same geography.
Organizations provide information relevant to the transportation services they offer. Aircraft operators identify applicable operating authority, while non-aircraft organizations provide credentials and service information relevant to their role. Insurance is self-attested by the Affiliate; BookMediFly may request supporting evidence.
BookMediFly's value to requesters depends on the caliber of Affiliates in the network. We maintain rigorous onboarding standards because the integrity of the network is the foundation of the entire platform.
These standards are not bureaucratic formalities. They protect your reputation, protect patients, and ensure that every Affiliate participating in BookMediFly has provided documentation applicable to the services it offers.
Affiliates pay 3.9% per completed transport, subject to a $399 minimum. A single booking incurs one fee, not one fee per flight segment. There are no participation fees or retainers; unaccepted quotes and uncompleted transports do not automatically incur this completed-transport fee.
This alignment of incentives keeps the platform focused on successfully completed transports and useful, repeat relationships between Affiliates and requesters.

BookMediFly is not an open directory. We are an Affiliate network built to serve structured medical transport demand from authorized requesters. That focus helps make the network useful to its members.
Each service region accommodates a defined number of Affiliates. When capacity is reached, additional applications in that geography are placed under review pending coverage analysis.
Affiliate onboarding is guided by requester demand patterns and identified coverage gaps — not first-come, first-served enrollment. Fit matters more than timing.
Affiliates who join during the current onboarding phase establish priority positioning within their region. Later entrants are presented to matching requesters after established Affiliate members.
Every application is reviewed individually, and geographic fit is assessed before participation is approved. Insurance coverage is Affiliate-attested, not represented as independently verified by BookMediFly; supporting evidence may be requested. There are no automatic acceptances.
