Your request is automatically matched with FAA Part 135-certified air medical affiliates in our network based on geographic coverage and aircraft availability. Qualified providers review your request and submit quotes directly through the platform.


Step 3: Review and Select

You'll receive email notifications as quotes arrive. Review each affiliate's response, including pricing, aircraft type, and availability. All providers are verified to hold current FAA Part 135 Operating Certificates—you can trust that quality and safety standards are met.


Step 4: Connect and Coordinate

Once you select a provider, you'll coordinate directly with them for final arrangements, including medical assessments, patient information, payment, and flight logistics. BookMediFly facilitates the connection—the affiliate handles all medical coordination and flight operations.

Register as a medical provider with your facility information. This streamlined account allows you to submit multiple transport requests on behalf of patients, saving you from re-entering facility details each time.


Step 2: Submit Patient Transport Request

When a patient requires air medical transport, submit a quote request through your provider dashboard. You'll provide basic transport logistics—no protected health information (PHI) is shared at this stage. The system notifies certified affiliates who can service your patient's route.


Step 3: Review Certified Responses

Instead of spending hours calling multiple air ambulance companies, you'll receive quotes from FAA Part 135-certified affiliates through the platform. Compare options quickly, knowing that every respondent has been verified for current certification status.

Step 1: Apply and Submit Certification

Register as an air medical affiliate and upload your current FAA Part 135 Operating Certificate along with required documentation. Our verification process ensures that only certified operators join the network, maintaining quality standards for all users.


Step 2: Complete Onboarding

Pay the upfront onboarding fee (fixed-wing aircraft only). This fee is credited back to you over time through a 1% deduction from platform fees on completed bookings. Once your certification is approved and fee is confirmed, you gain full access to quote requests.


Step 3: Receive Matched Requests

When a patient or provider submits a transport request that matches your geographic coverage areas, you'll receive a notification. Review the basic flight details and decide whether to submit a quote based on your aircraft availability and operational capabilities.


Step 4: Respond and Grow

Submit your quote through the affiliate dashboard. If selected, coordinate directly with the patient or provider for medical clearance, flight planning, and payment.
